• Configure outstaff with an assistant: hand this page to your own AI assistant and let it set up your team.
• Set up credentials: create the apps and accounts for a new person or the office with ost setup, and let it look up the rest.
• Hire and remove people: add an agent to the team with ost hire, and remove one with ost fire.
• Concepts and Team config: the vocabulary and what each section of the file is for.
• team.yaml reference and Validation codes: every field and every code ost validate can report.
